Not to steal from George’s comment, but the two things that struck me first were:
1. The proximity of such beautiful nature, so close to the concrete and pavement of the city.
2. The stunning detail and color of the flowers that appear to be just off the road.

Nice one. I particularly like the contrast here. Country vs city. Nice line that take you into the city and back again.
Great colours and lovely to see Californian Poppy’s in their native state (I think) …and a good angle to show the proximity of rural to urban life.
